Dani was born, raised and educated in sunny southern California. However, her northern Minnesota roots run deep. She moved to Park Rapids in 1987 and has enjoyed living in the area where her ancestors grew up. The Brayton family homesteaded in the Nevis area in the late 1800's and Dani is a fifth generation member of that heritage. The Brayton family history chronicles the story of the Park Rapids/Nevis areas in the early 1900's. Like many families that emigrated from European countries, they were tough people who were thrifty, hard-working, freedom-loving Christians, who were as honest as could be. Hearty people such as these early families make up the fabric of much of our area's culture and have passed down a strong work ethic that can still be seen today.

Dani has been blessed with three wonderful children. She and her husband Mark have recently completed the construction of their second new country home, with lots of help from the whole family! They are enjoying the quiet country setting and looking forward to many years of happiness in their new home. Dani's husband is employed in the building industry in the Park Rapids area and has been a respected member of that trade for many years.

If you asked them what their favorite past time is they would most likely say spending time with family and friends, fishing, bowling, softball, and a variety of other sports. Her husband is one of the few poeple to ever bowl a perfect 300 & 809 series! Besides being a very active, athletic family, they are also proud members of St. Peters Catholic Church in Park Rapids.

Dani enjoyed 7 years of serving the community through the cellular communications industry. She excelled in sales and consistently received awards for outstanding achievment. Her dedication to customer service has established her ties to the members of the community and she has gained a thorough knowledge of the area through the people she has dealt with over the years. Her attitude towards her career path is excellent and she is dedicated to being a top agent with Coldwell Banker Clack & Dennis Real Estate!
